Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination with FedEx.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments We take great care in packaging every item. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at [your contact email] so we can open a claim and make it right.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been fulfilled.
- P.O. Boxes may not be eligible for all shipping methods.
